I don't believe anybody starts their own business with the intention of losing themselves in it. You start for freedom, flexibility and to do work you actually care about (and are damn good at).
But somewhere along the way, you become the marketer, the admin assistant, the tech support, the bookkeeper, the content creator… and the visionary. And it’s at that point... you become stretched so thin that your brand stops growing the way it should. You're busy, but you're not building.
That's where I come in. I handle the backend, the structure, the execution and the polish so that business owners can get back to doing the work that lights them up and actually brings in clients.

After my daughter was born in 2022, a lot changed for me. Like many first time parents, I wanted flexibility, autonomy and the ability to build something on my terms.
So, I did what any determined woman would do and left the legal industry to start my own business.
I expected I’d meet others who had done the same, for the same reason: freedom. What I didn’t expect… was how many had unknowingly rebuilt the very thing they were trying to escape.
They were doing everything. Wearing every hat. Spending their days buried in tasks they didn’t enjoy and weren’t even good at… while the work they actually loved… their clients, their vision, their growth… got whatever scraps of time & energy that were left.
And the one thing all of those people had in common? Their businesses stalled. The pattern was impossible to ignore.
MY ROLE IS MORE THAN ADMIN SUPPORT, IT’S CREATING SPACE
The thing about misalignment, is that it doesn’t always explode in your face. Sometimes, it just slowly drains the life out of you and your business, day by day. Before having my daughter, I went through addiction, struggled with my identity, and spent years working in environments that didn’t light me up, trying to prove something, trying to push through.
That’s why I care so much about founders focusing on the reason(s) they started their business in the first place. You built your brand to do what you love, to use your strengths, and to create something meaningful. I’m here to make sure you do that.
